Ladies and gentlemen

I am honored for the opportunity to serve as spokesperson at this important occasion and to celebrate the completion of our training program with success.

It is a privilege as many of my colleagues here could have also delivered excellently.

Participants with Course leader and coordinator (At the JICA Kyushu Center Entrance)
Before going forward‚ I would like to extend our warmest thanks and appreciations to the Japanese Government and the People of Japan for allowing us to benefit from such an extraordinary training from tax-payers money.We remain grateful.

Special thanks goes out to our parents‚ wives‚ children and families at large for the patience exercised during our long absence.

This program we conclude today marks a milestone in enhancing our technical know-how of operation and maintenance of sewage system.

It is a milestone because we are eager to implement the knowledge gained during this program upon returning home (a thought that gladdens our heart).

Seemingly‚ today marks a turning point for many of us‚ not because the program have ended‚ but because we are heading home with so many new Japanese technologies been introduced to us;

The participants on a field
it is a turning point because we will confidently use these technologies into our current operations and maintenance of sewage system within our respective Countries.

The difference today‚ is that for many of us‚ this is the beginning of a new challenge to our careers‚ while for others; this will serve as an added tool for improvement.

But I urge all of us not to be afraid to explore further knowledge‚ for therein lies the adventure that will guarantee the expansion of our intellects and success.

This is all within our grasps and we must pursue it with reckless ambition.

In the words of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Liberia‚ Mr. Elias Shoniyin; and I quote gto succeed in this increasingly competitive world‚ we need to continuously nurture the ability to think strategically‚ and sustain the capacity to deliver effectivelyh.

In conclusion‚ I once again congratulate all of us for this achievement‚ and I say bravo for the unity that brought us thus far.

Now‚ I will request and congratulate the Japanese Government and its People for such training programs and to continue such bilateral technical training for Governments and private sectors staff.
